I’ve been drinking a lot of lemon water. I always take that as a sign that warm weather is approaching. We’re in the 60’s here in Maine and it’s been dreamy sitting on the deck in the sun. Here are a few things on my wish list for this month that are slightly obvious I’m prepping for summer:

While I probably can’t bite the bullet on a pair of Gucci clogs, I’m keeping my eye out for the right pair. I love the pops of color that Charlotte Stone offers but I haven’t made up my mind if I’d prefer neutral.

It’s time to get some new beach towels. I love this reversible one from Baina and also this set from Weezie. In all honesty though, this set feels more like what I’m into. I can’t help loving a classic cabana stripe!

The time has come for experimental ice cream flavors once I purchase an ice cream maker. I’ve been keeping a list of combinations I want to attempt..

This dress actually made it onto my Hawaii edit post as well. I was thinking of buying it before my trip and ended up getting something different instead. Turns out, I still want it.

I’ve adored this hat for a while now. I am always a baseball hat kind of gal but lately I’ve been wanting to find a sturdy canvas beach hat for more sun coverage. This one is from Jenni Kayne.

If there are any other Perfect Match fans out there, you may recognize this brand from Ines’ footwear choices. I loved all her outfits on that show. Shoes included.

Hear me out – I’m actually hoping to wear this for a functional reason. I’d have to wear a more supportive sports bra but it would be great to throw a jumpsuit situation on to run in. I’ve got my eye on this one from Alo.

I have two chairs around a small round table and I am really hoping to replace them with something a bit more chunky. I’m currently having a love affair with wicker furniture and this chair might be exactly what I need in that space. This is also a contender but I have a love/hate relationship with swivel chairs.

The last thing on my list for this month is this book. When I get to add to my interiors or cook book collection, I’m ecstatic. I have recently been obsessing over this image that I found on Pinterest which led me down the road of discovering Gil Schafer’s work. I’m a sucker for anything that screams, “I live in New England and I’m not leaving”.
Have a great week!
M
